Position: Procurement Executive ( C&I )

Experience: 1yr- 3 yrs of procurement experience in interior design/ interior fit-outs/ construction industry

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify purchase requirements by approaching various departments and approve purchases after checking the inventory and usage level.
• Obtain quotations from the identified supplier(s) as per the quantity and quality specifications and negotiate with them to get the best deal for the company.
• Prepare an item wise comparative on the basis of quotation received from the suppliers.
• Ensure availability of required quantity of material for achieving daily target of execution.
• Maintain a manufacturer and supplier database using various methods such as researching and evaluating prospective suppliers, references, exhibitions, product catalogues, etc. and shortlist them on the basis of various criteria.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating terms and conditions of contract.
• Coordinate with Project Team and follow-up for invoices of Vendors/Contractors.
• Coordinate with Vendors and update the payable sheet as per company payment cycle.

Position: Accounts Executive (GST Compliance)

Experience: 6months-2 years of GST filing experience preferably in interior fit-out industry

Qualification: M.Com/B.Com

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of input tax credit (ITC) and output GST liability.
• Assist in GST audits, assessments, and notices from authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in GST laws and regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tax treatment on invoices and transactions.
• Utilize accounting software for recordkeeping and compliance tracking.
• Assist in daily accounting tasks, data entry, and financial reporting when required.
