Interior Fit Out Project Manager Jobs
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Interior Fit-out / Corporate Interior / Architecture / Project Management Consultancy industry.
📍 Location: Lucknow, Delhi-NCR
✔ Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR
✔ Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the same industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with procurement and senior management for contractor selection and finalization.
- Manage project teams, scheduling, and execution to meet project targets.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) records.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, weekly progress reports, and site updates.
- Handle BOQ preparation, cost control, and project profitability tracking.
- Ensure quality control, drawing coordination, and timely approvals from clients.
- Manage variation items, snag lists, testing & commissioning, and project closure documentation.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Safety Officer to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards across our project sites.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Organize safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; submit reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Maintain and update safety documentation including incident reports, checklists, and work permits.
- Ensure availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and first-aid arrangements.
- Communicate safety guidelines and updates to site staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and hazardous material handling related to interior fit-out works.

MEP Project Manager Jobs Delhi NCR
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – MEP to join our team in Delhi / Delhi NCR.
📍 Location: Delhi, Delhi NCR
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
🗓 Experience: 8–10 Years (Relevant MEP Experience Preferred)
🏢 Industry: Interior Fit-out, Corporate Interior, Architecture, Project Management Consultancy
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project-based teams and deploy them to site in coordination with the C&I team.
- Lead vendor development for MEP packages, onboard vendors as required, and finalize terms & conditions.
- Obtain quotations from vendors/contractors, prepare comparative statements, and submit to management before sharing costs with clients.
- Review project requirements and instruct procurement to ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Consultants/PMC to arrange and share MEP drawings with project teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure target profitability as per approved costing; review final project profitability with the Operations Director/CFO and close the project.
- Review contractors’ monthly bills and submit to the Operations Director/CFO within the stipulated timeline.
- Coordinate with clients and procurement teams for arranging samples and technical data sheets.
- Attend weekly client meetings at site and circulate MOM (Minutes of Meeting) to internal teams for action.
- Conduct weekly internal reviews to ensure smooth execution, material delivery, manpower management, quality control, billing, and payments.
- Coordinate with the C&I team to provide inputs for project scheduling.
- Post project handover, coordinate with C&I team and MEP contractors/suppliers to close snag points.
- Ensure resolution of complaints within the DLP (Defect Liability Period).
